Pandelela Rinong and Leong Mun Yee performed extraordinary to
grab Malaysia first silver medal in women’s 10m platform synchronized final of
the FINA Diving World Series in Beijing.
338.46 points were scored by the duo, ahead of Australia,
Croak Melissa, who scores 78.72 for the last dive to grab bronze with 331.50
points.
The winner of the series was China representative Chen Ruo
Lin and Wang Hao with a total of 365.52 points, which is quite a gap from the
second place.
However, this is their second achievement after taking bronze in the 2009 world championships in Rome.
